There have been significant Infrastructure changes in WideCircles aka Wide Circles. Servers have been installed in several additional facilities together with new load balancers to support more operators and publishers.
This is major upgrade and should significantly improve the performance of the system. On the other application side there have been upgrade to both publisher and advertiser interfaces, new features have been added to support detailed reporting statistics and better and more fine grained targetting. This seems to be the step in the right direction as more and more advertisers and publishers admit to this kind of thing. We will need to wait how the super operator features might look like when they are released.
There has been a quite nice balance, but this may change. We definately need to see how the super operators will work once they are offered next month for grouping of regular operator accounts. With this account a super operator will have full control of all sub operators. Wide Circles aka WideCircles platform is always improving and innovating things.
